Online registration is closed, but you may register on-site.

Good news — conference fees will remain the same as last year. The fee structure and dates to have your registration completed are listed below. Registration will open on September 3, 2024. We'll be publishing a workshop schedule and providing additional information so you will have a chance to see what is available. If you are planning to use a purchase order now is the time to begin the process.

You must be a current member or guest of a current member to attend.

¹ Pre-service art education students must email a copy of their conference registration receipt along with a copy of their current, valid college or university ID to by 11/10/2024. Also, pre-service students are required to attend the Student Division meeting on Saturday and must volunteer for two hours of service while attending conference. Get Involved Art and Soul Auction Flyer (PDF) Visual Art Administrators of Texas (VAAT) Admin Division Meeting — The VAAT meeting will take place on Thursday, November 14 from 4-8 PM during the annual TAEA Conference in Galveston. Many topics will be covered appropriate to those who supervise Visual Art programs. This is also one of the items on the District of Distinction rubric. In addition, we are planning separate sessions at the conference for Aspiring Fine Arts Administrators, District of Distinction 101, and the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).
