All State VASE qualifying students will select 2 sessions to attend at the State VASE Event. All workshops, scholarship workshops, and portfolio review are held at San Marcos High School in San Marcos, TX.
Monday, April 7, 2025 — Workshop registration begins 7:00 PM. Teachers must mark students as "Y — Yes" attending VASE in order to register State VASE qualifying students for workshops.
Wednesday, April 16, 2025 — Workshop registration closes at 7:00 PM. Any changes after this date must be made on-site, space permitting.
Due to limited space, only students with state-qualifying artwork will be able to attend workshops.
